The Inside Skirt Steak is different than the outside skirt, the inside skirt steak is one of the most flavorful beef cuts and due to the good amount of fat it keeps the steak juicy just about any way you cook it (however we suggest grilling it!) Beware, because of the increased connective tissue this steak can be a little tougher than some may be used to.
