If you're looking for a fresh, flavorful way to fire up the grill, these Marinated Grilled Steak Kabobs with Vegetables and Pineapple are a must-try. Made with juicy, 100% grass-fed beef and a colorful mix of bell peppers, onions, and sweet pineapple, these kabobs are bursting with bold, balanced flavor in every bite. The savory marinade brings everything together, infusing the steak with just the right amount of tang and tenderness. Whether you're hosting a backyard BBQ, planning a weeknight dinner with a tropical twist, or just want something fun and easy to throw on the grill, this recipe delivers big flavor with minimal fuss. Serve them over rice, alongside a fresh salad, or straight off the skewer—they’re as versatile as they are delicious.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs Thousand Hills Grass Fed Beef Sirloin, cut into cubes OR Thousand Hills Steak Strips, folded in half
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
Place the Thousand Hills Grass Fed Beef Steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef, making sure it's evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Poke marinated beef onto the pre-soaked wooden skewers, alternating with chunks of bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple.
Grill the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables and pineapple are charred and tender.
Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the marinated grilled steak kabobs with vegetables and pineapple hot, garnished with fresh chopped cilantro or parsley if desired.
