This rich, savory gravy comes together quickly using Thousand Hills beef bone broth and beef tallow for deep, comforting flavor. Perfect for holiday roasts, mashed potatoes, or sliders, it's a simple finishing touch that elevates any meal.

2 cups Thousand Hills Beef Bone Broth

2 tbsp Thousand Hills Beef Tallow

2 tbsp flour

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste

Optional: 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt beef tallow. Whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes until golden.
Gradually whisk in the beef bone broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and herbs. Simmer 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Season with salt as needed. If you like a smoother texture, strain before serving.
Spoon generously over roasts, mashed potatoes, or sliders for a delicious finishing touch.
