Pineapple Glazed Ham Steaks
The perfect dish for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner! Easy to make and delicious flavor, sweet and salty!

- 1 lb Thousand Hills Ham Steaks
- 6 Canned pineapple rings drained
- 1½ tbsp Pineapple juice
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp Light brown sugar
- ½ tsp Honey
Preheat oven to 375
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
Place the ham steaks on the lined sheet and arrange pineapples rings over top
In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, mustard, and brown sugar. Drizzle over top of ham steaks
Bake for 10-15 minutes until ham steaks are warmed and glaze is just browned
Drizzle honey on top. Serve immediately
