Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Thousand Hills Grass Fed Beef Sirloin, cut into cubes OR Thousand Hills Steak Strips, folded in half
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  • Place the Thousand Hills Grass Fed Beef Steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef, making sure it's evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Poke marinated beef onto the pre-soaked wooden skewers, alternating with chunks of bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple.
  • Grill the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables and pineapple are charred and tender.
  • Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve the marinated grilled steak kabobs with vegetables and pineapple hot, garnished with fresh chopped cilantro or parsley if desired.
