Equipment
- Grill
- Skewers
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Thousand Hills Grass Fed Beef Sirloin, cut into cubes OR Thousand Hills Steak Strips, folded in half
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the Thousand Hills Grass Fed Beef Steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef, making sure it's evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Poke marinated beef onto the pre-soaked wooden skewers, alternating with chunks of bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple.
- Grill the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables and pineapple are charred and tender.
- Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the marinated grilled steak kabobs with vegetables and pineapple hot, garnished with fresh chopped cilantro or parsley if desired.
