You guys have great tasting beef. My problem is with whoever is cutting these steaks. I have picture of multiple sirloin that are sliced halfway through the middle. So instead of a nice steak, it’s just a strip of sirloin. Terrible to cook, I don’t know how someone messes up this bad multiple times.
