100% Grass-Fed BBQ Pull Apart Beef

This summer recipe lets you focus on your guests, not your grill. You can prepare it the day before, slow cooking, and know you're sharing flavor and a twice-healthy dish: our 100% Grass Fed Beef is as healthy as can be, and the low heat slow-cooking preserves what's most nourishing about this meat.   • 7-8 lbs Roast or Brisket
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 1 sm. carton vegetable broth
  • 1 sm. carton Organic Free-Range Chicken Stock
  • 2 bottles BBQ sauce
  • 1.5 lbs Ground beef (optional)


  • Place brisket / roast in crock-pot
  • Add broth and chicken stock to completely cover meat
  • Cook on Low 8 hours until roast flakes easily with fork
  • Drain off broth
  • Shred roast with fork, and put back in crock pot
  • Chop onion and celery and add to crock-pot
  • Optional ? Brown ground beef and add to crock-pot
  • Add BBQ sauce, salt/pepper to taste
  • Optional ? add fresh garlic
  • Cook _ hour on low ? serve hot right from crock-pot
